At FADS we offer FREE DELIVERY* on orders over £99 to England & Wales mainland addresses (additional charge for Scotland, Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore locations) which will be displayed at the check out when you make your purchase. We work with a variety of delivery partners to ensure fast and efficient service that fits the item being delivered.

To make life simple we have three types of delivery:

Parcel Delivery (smaller items)

  • Delivered to your door Monday to Friday
  • Tracking provided
  • You will receive your one hour window on the day of delivery once the driver has scanned all the parcels onto the van, this is usually by 12 noon
  • Enter your reference number and postcode on the DPD website to track and view delivery options
  • Suitable for items up to 1m in length and up to 30kg.

Standard Delivery (larger & fragile items)

  • Delivered to your door 07:00-19:00
  • Weekend delivery bookable for additional £15 (service not available for all postcodes, see details at checkout)
  • Goods will be delivered via a 1 person carrier to your front door.
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Standard Courier service only available on selected products under 35kg

Furniture/Large Item Delivery*

  • Delivered to your door 07:00-19:00
  • Weekend delivery bookable for additional £15 (service not available for all postcodes, see details at checkout)
  • Goods will be delivered via a 2 person carrier team to the room of your choice (no higher than 3rd floor)
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Item unwrapped and wrapping removed upon request

UK To EU Deliveries & BREXIT

We thank all our Customers based in EU Countries for your Support and Understanding. 

The Regulations for shipping customer orders between UK and EU Countries after BREXIT – 1/01/2021 are designed to stop either of the 2 Parties gaining advantage from Cross Border deliveries. This means EU & UK CONSUMERS WILL CONTINUE TO PAY TAXES on PURCHASES.

The Tax will be paid in the country shipping the order or the country where the order is delivered.

Whichever method is used the customer will pay the applicable VAT – but only once.

Couriers have been adjusting to these new requirements that are being legally enforced at Customs and Border Control. If the VAT is not paid in the country shipping the order the customer will be asked to pay the VAT on receipt of the order. Currently the solution available is for the customer to pay the VAT on Receipt of the goods. However, we are working with our couriers to develop systems to replicate Pre-BREXIT arrangements so customer pay VAT at the point of order.

Customers will find the total amount paid remains much the same.

Les courriers sont adaptés à ces nouvelles exigences qui sont légalement appliquées aux douanes et au contrôle des frontières. Si la TVA n’est pas payée dans le pays d’expédition de la commande, le client sera invité à payer la TVA à la réception de la commande. Actuellement, la solution disponible est que le client paie la TVA à la réception des marchandises. Cependant, nous travaillons avec nos coursiers pour développer des systèmes permettant de reproduire les accords pré-BREXIT afin que le client paie la TVA au moment de la commande.

Le montant total payé reste sensiblement le même.

Die Steuer wird in dem Land gezahlt, in dem die Bestellung versandt wird, oder in dem Land, in dem die Bestellung geliefert wird.

Unabhängig von der verwendeten Methode zahlt der Kunde die geltende Mehrwertsteuer – jedoch nur einmal.

Curriers haben sich an diese neuen Anforderungen angepasst, die bei Zoll- und Grenzkontrollen gesetzlich durchgesetzt werden. Wenn die Mehrwertsteuer im Versandland der Bestellung nicht bezahlt wird, wird der Kunde aufgefordert, die Mehrwertsteuer nach Eingang der Bestellung zu zahlen. Derzeit besteht die verfügbare Lösung darin, dass der Kunde die Mehrwertsteuer bei Erhalt der Ware bezahlt. Wir arbeiten jedoch mit unseren Kurieren zusammen, um Systeme zur Nachbildung von BREXIT-Vereinbarungen zu entwickeln, damit der Kunde die Mehrwertsteuer zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung zahlt.

Der gezahlte Gesamtbetrag bleibt weitgehend gleich.

Esto significa que los CONSUMIDORES DE LA UE Y DEL REINO UNIDO SEGUIRÁN PAGANDO IMPUESTOS sobre LAS COMPRAS.

El Impuesto se pagará en el país de envío del pedido o en el país donde se entrega el pedido.

Cualquiera que sea el método utilizado, el cliente pagará el IVA correspondiente, pero solo una vez.

Los curriers se han estado ajustando a estos nuevos requisitos que se están aplicando legalmente en Aduanas y Control de Fronteras. Si el IVA no se paga en el país de envío del pedido, se le pedirá al cliente que pague el IVA al recibir el pedido. Actualmente la solución disponible es que el cliente pague el IVA a la recepción de la mercancía. Sin embargo, estamos trabajando con nuestros mensajeros para desarrollar sistemas que reproduzcan los acuerdos anteriores al BREXIT para que el cliente pague el IVA en el momento del pedido.

La cantidad total pagada sigue siendo la misma.

Multiple Consignment Orders

We have organised our delivery options to give you the best value for money and to help us keep our prices competitive so orders that are comprised of multiple items may be dispatched on different days as and when they are ready. If you require items to be grouped for delivery on the same day please let us know, however do be aware that depending on the products this may carry an additional charge.

Who Will Deliver My Item? 

We use a variety of parcel and specialist courier services to deliver our products and this will vary depending on delivery location, time of year, and pressures on the delivery networks. We always look for the fastest and safest route so that your purchases reach you in a timely manor. On occasion if an item is being shipped straight from the manufacturer out to the customer we will use their delivery service. This will mirror our own high standards and in some instance will also provide an inclusive assembly service. If you require assembly of a product but it is not offered delivery feature on the product page please get in touch and we will see if we can arrange this for you for an additional charge.

How Long Will Delivery Take? 

If your item is in our warehouse we will aim to dispatch the same  day (if ordered before midday) or next working day after purchase. If being sent via the parcel network delivery will be scheduled for the following day after dispatch. All Delivery lead times are stated in the delivery section on the product page, this will vary from product to product as some are held in our warehouse stock, some are distributed direct from the manufacturer and some products are made to order.

Please note FADS offers a FREE DELIVERY service for your purchase on the FIRST ATTEMPT ONLY. If you are not able to accept your delivery on the arranged time and date that you have agreed with our courier, we will be required to take an additional payment to rearrange the delivery of your item. This will be charged at £15 for a parcel delivery, £30 for a standard delivery and £60 for a furniture/large item delivery.
