No money was taken until the bed was dispatched, and when we got the stompa bed it is better than we even imagined. " Product - Fairly easy to build, very sturdy and good quality. Looks great and we've had nothing but compliments on how stylish the bed looks. Only niggles were the written assembly instructions weren't great (but the diagrams were easier to follow so not so much of a problem), also the wooden feet ended up slightly misaligned against the frame once screwed in, but this doesn't cause any instability so we were happy enough Service - Absolutely first class. I received prompt replies to enquiries and was kept up to date by email throughout. Even when the product was ready for dispatch before I was ready to take delivery it was no trouble and simple to sort out. Delivery - Excellent communication from both Fads and the courier. Delivered bang on time by a very cheerful delivery crew who had no problem negotiating lots of stairs! "
