How Long Does It Take For Delivery?

The delivery time scale will vary between products and is shown in the delivery section on each product page. Please click within the product page “Delivery & Returns” tab for detailed information on delivery times.

Can I Have My Goods Delivered On a Particular Day?

In most circumstances, we can arrange for delivery to take place on a particular day, however this is subject to availability. Please contact us prior to order if you have particular delivery constraints and we will be more than happy to advise and assist in arranging a suitable delivery date for you. Our standard and furniture/large item delivery service can be booked to take place at the weekend for most delivery postcodes at an additional cost of £15. If this option is available to you (based on the delivery postcode) it will be displayed at the checkout.

Can I Place My Order Over The Phone?

Do FADS Deliver Outside Of The UK?

Anything is possible! If you need delivery to a location outside of the UK  please contact us to discuss your requirements. Additional charges will be payable for any deliveries that fall outside of our standard delivery areas and will be charged at cost.

Do You Offer An Assembly Service?

Items will arrive either fully assembled, part assembled or requiring full assembly. This will be stated in the ‘additional information’ tab next to the description on the product page. Some of our products come with an assembly service as standard, typically when we use the suppliers own delivery service. However if you do require assembly on an item that does not offer assembly as standard please do let us know and we will try and arrange this for you. Assembly services other than as advertised on the product page will incur an additional charge.

What Payment Types Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and full payment is taken upon checkout. We also accept payment through DIVIDE BUY 0% APR FINANCE.. This flexible finance option allows you to choose the term of repayment, your repayment amounts and even adjust this as your needs change over the course of the finance term. If you want to pay of the balance early, change the monthly repayment amounts or take a payment holiday then you can make all of these adjustments yourself. Can I Cancel An Order And Do I Get A Refund?

Yes. You can cancel your order anytime up to the 14th day after accepting delivery. Once the unused and saleable item is received back into our warehouse we will be happy to process your refund. Refunds will be made via the payment method used for the original purchase. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on our cancellation and returns policy.

Do FADS Have Shops Or a Showroom?

We are an online retailer which helps to keep our prices low and ranges large. As this is the case we do not have a showroom. We do however provide lots of information and product images for all of our items and if you require more information then please get in touch and we will be more than happy to assist.

Are The Goods Flat Packed Or Assembled?

This varies from product to product. Many of our items do require assembly ranging from arriving fully flat packed to to part assembled. This will be stated in the ‘additional information’ tab which can be found next to the description on the product page.
