Returns:
We ask our Customers to inspect the goods before signing any courier or FADS.CO.UK consignment paper work.
- In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to FADS.CO.UK supplier before the refund or replacement can be issued.
The Customer must NOT accept or SIGN the courier’s or FADS.CO.UK consignment form in relation to the above points. The Customer must also comply with FADS.CO.UK returns procedure.
