Read The FADS Return Policy, and see how to return furniture if it's not right.

At all our products are delivered with the upmost care and attention. However if you decide you are not happy with your order please follow the below returns procedure.

Ensure you notify FADS within 14 working days of delivery. You must notify FADS in writing detailing your intent to return your goods. You can do this by submitting a Query within your FADS account or by entering an Order Query via the Contact Us form on our website.

Once a submission to return your FADS products has been sent, our Returns Department will contact you to arrange a collection date. Please note all goods must be collected via a FADS carrier due to the nature of the product. All returned good(s) must be in its original packaging and saleable, pristine condition otherwise this may jeopordise a partial or full refund.

Should your product be incorrectly delivered by FADS or feature any defects, please notify FADS Customer Service department or detail your issue within your FADS account by submitting a Query. Once our Customer Service team are notified about your issue we will immediately help & resolve your issue.

In cases where the reason for returning your goods is due to an incorrect order or dissatisfaction from the Customer, the Customer will be charged a return fee at a minimum of £75. This cost may vary depending on the individual product & service used for collection. Due to the nature of mattresses & their intimate nature, we do not accept returns on mattresses.
