Q. How long does it take for delivery?

A. Please click within the product page “Delivery & Returns” tab for detailed information on delivery times.

Q. Can I have my goods delivered on a particular day?

A. In most circumstances, we can arrange for a delivery to take place on a particular day, however this is subject to availability

Q. Can I place my order over the phone?

A. Yes, please call us on 01778 562803 during office hours and we will be happy to help

Q. Do FADS deliver outside of the UK?

A. Yes, FADS delivers to the Scottish Highlands, Ireland and also the Channel Isle.

Q. Can we deliver to UK ports?

A We are able to deliver to UK ports, but the responsibility lies with FADS up until the UK Port and not the delivery destination.

Q. Can we offer assembly?

A. On some items assembly can be ordered with the item, but if not we have 3rd party company who we work closely with who can offer competitive rates.

Q. What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and full payment is taken upon checkout. We also accept payment through our Finance programme where you can pay for your goods monthly. For further information please refer to our PaybyFinance (www.fads.co.uk/pay-on-finance/) page.

Q. Can I cancel an order and do I get a refund?

Q. Do FADS have shops or showrooms?

 A. We are an online business only and do not have shops or showrooms at the moment.

Q. Are the goods flat packed / assembled?

A. All of the products on FADS are made from the highest quality materials to ensure you get only the very best. Unless otherwise stated, our products will be delivered flat packed, however, due to the quality of the products assembly will be simple and convinient to you.

Q. What happens if something is wrong with my order?
