Returns:
We ask our customers to inspect the goods before signing any courier or FADS.CO.UK consignment paper work.

• In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to FADS.CO.UK supplier before the refund or replacement can be issued.
• The Customer must NOT accept or SIGN the courier’s or FADS.CO.UK consignment form in relation to the above points. The Customer must also comply with FADS.CO.UK returns procedure.
